Being that Wednesdays fall in the middle of the week we can often find ourselves energized that we are halfway there or drained as Monday and Tuesday has hit us pretty hard. So if you are feeling a little low and just can’t seem to snap out of it; a midweek pick me up will definitely do the trick.
Why You Should Watch
Having to stay motivated is critical if you want to achieve your goals. This is why having a word of the week is so important. There’s nothing like a quick word of encouragement to shift your mindset for the week.
Here’s why weekly motivation is essential
- It sets your mood
- It shifts your negative thinking to a positive position
- It encourages you when you are feeling low
- It strengthens your faith
- It helps you to push through
- It reminds you of what's really important
- It promotes constant and consistent growth

Not only is having a weekly word important but I strongly believe in saying daily affirmations. There are several different ways to incorporate daily affirmations into your life.
- When writing them they must be present tense positive. Ex: “I am happy”
- Write them down and read them aloud.
- Record them in your own voice and listen to them while in your car or while working out.
- Repeat them at least 3 times a day.
Studies have shown that Wednesdays are the worst day of the week so you’ll definitely need a little inspiration to keep you going.
